We ship orders all throughout the Continental USA. All livestock is shipped via Fed Ex. If your delivery area is included in the map and zipcodes below you will be eligible for 15 dollar shipping. Ground shipping is the exact same shipping as next day in the area on the map. A signature with time of signing must be the no more than the day after the order left our facility. We will not be responsible for orders that could not be received. If you don't qualify your shipping is $35.

15 Day Guarantee

Happy Coral, Inc gives you a 15 day guarantee on all living things unless other wise stated in the description of the organism. If at any time anything with a 15 day guarantee dies we will issue you a store credit for any other organism you want. This credit is good up to 6 months from the date of your original purchase. Anything purchased in person either at a swap/convention or in-store is not covered by our 15-day guarrantee. Items purchased in store or at swaps/convention is sold as is.

Money Back Guarantee

Happy Coral, Inc. also offers a money back guarantee if after 5 hours of FedEx delivery, your marine organism order dies, Happy Coral will refund your purchase price upon completion of the following: (Happy Coral, Inc reserves the right to reship an order at our discretion)

How Do I Make a Guarantee Request?

The process is the same for refund or store credit:

Call the contact the store ASAP
You must then email a picture to sales@happycoral.com within 5 hours for the money back guarantee or 15 days after the delivery for credit.
We will review your submission and issue the appropriate refund or credit (usually within 3-5 business days) Please note that we do not re-issue credits for product purchased with store credit.

Order Cancellation Fee

If you wish to cancel your order, there is a 10% order cancellation fee.

How Do I Use My Credits?

Credits will be issued with a coupon code. On your next purchase, simply use that coupon code during checkout and your credit will be applied. Your credit applies to live marine orders only and does not include the cost of shipping. And remember, your credit expires 6 months after your original purchase date.

What About Aquarium Supplies?

We can’t accept any aquarium supply returns on anything that has been opened or used. If your item is defective, e-mail us at sales@happycoral. If you are returning a new, unused aquarium supply product, please ship it at your expense to us within 15 days of your receipt and we will issue you a refund for your original purchase price less a 15% restocking fee.
