The Diablo 160 XS skimmer is powered by the high performance Italian Sicce PSK-600 pinwheel pump. The skimmer comes equipped with a gate valve output to allow for precision control.
The Sicce PSK600 pump has an improved star wheel impeller. The new PSK-600 are much more advanced than the previous PSK 2500 pump. Now with a digital circuit to control start up direction and speed, ultra low noise and huge air draw numbers, this pump is ready to perform with no modifications needed.
The skimmers pump produces on average 23scfh of air pull using the provided pinwheel impeller. (Air results will vary depending on aquarium setup) Each Sicce pump draws less than 30watts of electricity. The collection cup has a quick release neck for easy removal for cleaning. It requires 1/2 inch of clearance to remove the cup. The Diablo XS skimmer uses metric plumbing parts.
